Building Project Success from the Front End - Integrating Product
Development Teaming, Process Skills and Tools into Project Management
to Ensure Project Success
Building successful projects is like building a successful product, you must invest in the front end, and follow an effective process with effective team skills to ensure success. Craftspeople need the right tools and Product Management and Project Management share many tools and processes which, when integrated together, help build success projects that deliver success products and services.

Building successful projects begins with well-defined, strategy driven, objectively prioritized and resourced projects, which is the foundation of building repeatable success. The building process continues with teams, with the interpersonal skills, and leadership that ensures successful implementation.

Industry Best Practices and multiple hands-on workshops, led by experienced experts, will help guide the participants into how teams, with the proper tools and processes can help build successful projects using a simple strategy tool, best practice product definition guidelines, project leader involvement in the market research, project prioritization and other simple tools that apply directly to successful projects.
