| The
Project Manager & Business Analyst Struggle |
|
How
many times are we, as Business Analysts, asked to wear multiple
hats? In today's business environment companies expect more
than just one skill set for their money. This presentation
will help those who are asked to wear that hat of Business
Analyst and Project Manager by clearly defining what each
role is in an IT Project, the skill set necessary to be
successful at each role, and acceptable shortcuts to use
when forced to act in both roles. This presentation will
also help those who do not understand the delineation in
the roles.
